It’s certainly not the numbers that drive us in our initiatives to create a participatory company culture based on our values and providing growth opportunities for every team member. 

Instead, it’s the awareness that every company is, above all, a collection of individuals who, if properly guided and trained, can make a difference. 

However, it’s also true that “you can’t improve what you can’t measure.”  In addition, it’s also essential that the initiatives a company implements for the benefit of its team are perceived as valuable by the team itself, not just by those who drive them.

This recognition rewards companies that prioritize the well-being, motivation, and balance of their employees, as evidenced by their evaluation and perception of the workplace climate.

It’s certainly a great achievement that acknowledges in an objective way the work done so far, but it’s also a motivation to keep striving for excellence!
