Enlight announces the creation of a JV with Equienergia in the EPC segment

The new EPC operator, Equi Renew, officially begins its operation combining the expertise of Enlight Energy Services and Equienergia.
Specifically, Enlight Energy Services offers a full range of services to investors in the photovoltaic market, covering the entire lifecycle of solar power plants. Equienergia, on the other hand, is an engineering company focused on energy efficiency and renewable sources.
Equi Renew brings together the experience of both companies in the design, development, construction, management, and maintenance of photovoltaic systems. The new company focuses on EPC services, delivering utility-scale solar installations, both ground-mounted and rooftop, with tailored solutions.
Equi Renew will apply a turnkey approach, optimizing the entire process—from design and material procurement to commissioning and testing.
Moreover, the company has a strong commitment to ESG sustainability, approaching each project with environmental responsibility, enhancement of local skills, and transparency. The aim is to generate value not only through the production of clean energy but also via responsible practices such as sustainable construction site management, ethical supplier selection, and workplace safety.
“We are excited to launch Equi Renew, bringing our expertise in the lifecycle of solar investments,” said Maria Sabella, CEO of Enlight Energy Services. “We want to be active players in a transforming sector, creating value for both customers and the environment. Equi Renew will not just be an EPC contractor, but a catalyst for high-quality photovoltaic projects, built on strong relationships and respect for local communities.”
Daniele Colombelli, CEO of Equienergia, added:
“The creation of Equi Renew marks a strategic step in our growth within the renewable energy sector. This joint venture allows us to maximize the skills we have developed, creating a reliable partner for the construction of photovoltaic systems.”
