In Enlight Energy Services and Astrea Energia, we take work culture very seriously - it is a key element of our ESG plan! This is why we dedicate so much time and attention to organise well thought through team building events that should be inclusive, linked to our values and obviously good fun! ??

This time we have put our “passion” and creativity into action in two parallel workshops: clay modelling in Milan and ceramic decoration in Cagliari. The results are some nice coffee cups and very colourful tiles. 

Sharing tools and tips to obtain a better result was a great occasion to learn a new way to interact with each other and all our passion was there, leading us to strive for an excellent output also on this task! 

Now we need to apply the never abundant enough “patience”, so precious in our day-to-day-work, since all our creations will need to dry up for a few weeks.

Thanks to our HR specialist Monica Marinaro for organising the events and to the whole team for being present with the usual enthusiasm and commitment!
