Overview

We are looking to expand our team focused on providing support in financial and ESG initiatives / reporting to investors in the management of Special Purpose Vehicles owning PV projects and plants in Italy.

Job Description 

The candidate will support the Administration and Planning & Control team in the following activities:

• Management of the passive cycle: collection and verification of invoices, execution of payments,
• Management of the revenue cycle: issue of invoices to GSE, coordination with the technical team to verify the data
• Preparation of annual budget as well as on the periodic reporting
• Contract management: support in deadline management and contract renegotiation
• Accounting due diligence
• Update of financial models
• Loan management; including covenant calculations
• Support in the preparation of sustainability plans and in the ongoing ESG monitoring / reporting

Requirements

• At least 6-months of experience in administrative and /or planning & control activities
• Attention to details, willingness to learn, focus on high quality delivery
• Genuine interest for renewable energy, cooperative mind-set and ability to manage deadlines
• Italian mother tongue with a very good command of English
