Overview

We are looking to expand our division focused on providing technical advisory / owners’ engineering services to support investors active in both the primary and secondary PV market in Italy. This is a very exciting role for a talented technical professional with entrepreneurial mindset willing to take a step forward in his / her career. The opportunity consists of leading and growing an already established team as part of Relight to grow into a market leading position.

Job Description 

The candidate will support the CEO in the consolidation and expansion of the technical advisory team and will be responsible for the following activities:

• Project management of the due diligence activities and (coordination of the various team members/subcontractors involved, quality check, deadline management and management of the communication with the clients)
• Arranging the training programs and taking care of the development of the various team members
• Identification of new business opportunities and new technical services to provide
• Business development (approaching new potential Clients, representing the company at fairs, conferences, supporting in the preparation of commercial proposals)

 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in technical advisory built within a technical advisory, investment management or asset management firm
• Very good knowledge of PVSyst (or other software to estimate productions) and of the various aspects related to technical due diligence on both projects and assets (constraints analysis, yields assessment, layout analysis)
• Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills
• Proactive, attention to details, focus on high quality delivery
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ready to have a leading role in the growth of the Company
• Italian mother tongue with a very good command of English
