Overview

We are looking to expand our team focused on providing administrative and financial support to investors in the management of Special Purpose Vehicles owning PV projects and plants in Italy.

 Job Description 

The candidate will support the Finance Manager in the following activities:

• Management of the passive cycle: collection and verification of invoices, execution of payments
• Management of the revenue cycle: issue of invoices to GSE and to energy traders, cash-in reconciliation, coordination with the technical team to verify the data
• Participation in the periodical accounting closing process
• Management of the communication with the Chartered Accountant
• Support on financial statement verification
• Management of the communication with the financing bank: sharing of relevant updates, covenants calculation
• Preparation of annual budget as well as the periodic reporting and variance analysis
• Contract management: support in deadline management and contract renegotiation
• Accounting due diligence

 Requirements

• Degree in economics
• At least 6-months of experience in administrative and /or planning & control activities
• Ability to use the office package. Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g Power BI) would be a plus
• Italian mother tongue with a very good command of English
• Attention to details, willingness to learn, focus on high quality delivery, interest in renewable energy
